The company was established under the guidance of The Honorable Alexander Andrew McDonnell Fraser, the former Chief Executive Officer of Baring Securities until 1996. Since his retirement from his former position, Mr. Fraser has been the Chief Executive of Andrew Fraser Management, his proprietary investment advisory firm, as well as being a Principal of a London-based Asian hedge fund. Mr. Fraser has long been associated with establishing and supervising Asian brokerage and corporate finance operations. Educated in Eton and Oxford, Mr. Fraser has worked for Kleinwort Benson, London (1968 - 1970); Vickers Da Costa, London (1970 - 1976); Sun Hung Kai Securities, London (1977 - 1983); Henderson Crosswaithe, London (1983 - 1984); Barings Securities, London (1984 - 1996); and Nava Securities (1996 -1997).
