The Honorable Alexander Andrew
McDonnell Fraser
The company was established under the guidance
of The Honorable Alexander Andrew McDonnell Fraser, the former Chief
Executive Officer of Baring Securities until 1996. Since his retirement
from his former position, Mr. Fraser has been the Chief Executive
of Andrew Fraser Management, his proprietary investment advisory
firm, as well as being a Principal of a London-based Asian hedge
fund. Mr. Fraser has long been associated with establishing and
supervising Asian brokerage and corporate finance operations. Educated
in Eton and Oxford, Mr. Fraser has worked for Kleinwort Benson,
London (1968 - 1970); Vickers Da Costa, London (1970 - 1976); Sun
Hung Kai Securities, London (1977 - 1983); Henderson Crosswaithe,
London (1983 - 1984); Barings Securities, London (1984 - 1996);
and Nava Securities (1996 -1997). Mr. Fraser is a British citizen.

Mr. Mark
Reinecke
Mr. Mark Reinecke is the Managing Director
of, and an investor in, Equity Partners Limited. He was formerly
the Managing Director of Indosuez W.I. Carr Securities for Thailand,
Indonesia, and the Philippines, and, before that, the Senior Vice
President of Asset Plus Securities Company Limited, the leading
local merchant bank in Thailand. Educated in Law at London School
of Economics, with a specialty in Islamic Law from the School of
Oriental and African Studies, Mr. Reinecke has over 13 years of
experience as an international stockbroker in Asia, having started
his career with Baring Securities. Mr. Reinecke is a German citizen.

Faber
Dr. Marc Faber is a Director of, and an investor
in, Equity Partners Limited. Dr. Faber is renowned as a highly respected
commentator on global markets, but especially on emerging economies.
Previously with Drexel Burnham Lambert, Dr. Faber's fund management
and advisory company produces the widely-read Gloom, Boom and Doom
Report. His opinions are highly sought after by the media, and Equity
Partners Limited is fortunate to have a Director of his caliber.

Ensor
Paul Ensor has had a long and distinguished
career as a journalist for the Far Eastern Economic Review and,
since the 90s, as a stockbroker in Asia and London. Mr. Ensor has
worked for some of the foremost brokerage houses, notably UBS, Credit
Lyonnais Securities Asia, and Societe Generale. Mr. Ensor is now
the Principal of a firm specialising in financial public relations,
representing Asian companies in Europe. Mr. Ensor is a British citizen.

McLoughlin
Mr. Neil McLoughlin is an investor in Equity
Partners Limited. Mr. McLoughlin is the former Investment Manager
for Abu Dhabi Investment Company, in charge of Asian equities. ADIC
is a para-statal investment vehicle for the Government of Abu Dhabi.
Mr. McLoughlin has been a fund manager for over 20 years and brings
with him a wealth of experience in selling Asian equities abroad.
